Your Symptoms are Clues.

Let’s Listen to Them.

Bio-individual nutritional therapy & functional blood chemistry analysis offer real answers for real healing.

Discover what your body’s been trying to tell you—so you can finally feel like yourself again.

You're tired. Bloated. Moody. You can’t sleep. You crave sugar at 3pm and crash by 8. You’ve been told your labs are “normal,” but you don’t feel normal. You’ve tried prescriptions and creams that didn’t help, let alone get to the root of the problem. Or worse - maybe you've been dismissed, told it’s in your head.

You're not broken. You're not imagining anything. You just haven’t found the right support.

Hi, I’m Andrea

I’m a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Functional Blood Chemistry Specialist. I’ve been where you are. After years of navigating my own health challenges, I now guide others in understanding their symptoms - not just managing them - and giving their body what it needs to heal, one root cause at a time.

My Nutritional Therapy Approach

Nutritional Therapy aims to bring your body's chemistry back into its bio-individual natural balance through personalized nutrition and lifestyle changes.

Using in-depth assessment tools, functional blood chemistry analysis, and gut testing (when appropriate), I identify the underlying imbalances and patterns behind the fatigue, digestive issues, chronic pain, cravings, or mood swings you’re experiencing and then build a personalized plan to support the foundational systems most in need of nourishment.

So your body can do what it’s naturally built to do: heal and thrive.

Nutritional Therapy’s
6 Foundations of Health

Nutritional therapy is quite different from other ways you have likely addressed your health in the past. The practice looks at your symptoms not to cover them up but to understand what’s happening below the surface that might need some support through food and lifestyle adjustments. I do not diagnose, prescribe or treat illness. Instead, I listen and evaluate your personal experience through the lens of the 6 Foundations of Health.

Who is Nutritional Therapy For?

You’re in the right place if you have…

  • Tried multiple therapies with no lasting results

  • Been told your labs are fine but still feel off

  • Tried “clean eating” but still feel bloated, tired, or foggy

  • A sneaky hunch something deeper is going on

  • Faith in the power of food and lifestyle changes to truly heal

Client Testimonials

  • “There will never be enough thank yous for what you did for me. I truly never thought I would be able to manage my chronic pain and not have to take pain meds nightly. Also, the benefits of getting my minerals adjusted not only to finally sleep well but to actually drink normal amounts of water daily has been amazing. Not many people take their passion and find a way to use it, let alone help (educate) people like me who thought they had a grip on their foods and health.”

  • "Before I started Nutritional Therapy I was struggling with gut issues, anxiety, and tiredness. Never did I think at 21 years of age I would be struggling with all these issues and being in the constant thought of “Will I ever get better?”. The interest of Nutritional Therapy came from participating in the sport of Crossfit. I always wanted to work on my nutrition because my sport requires so much food intake, but I knew that my nutrition was bad. Since starting Nutritional Therapy, I have worked so hard on getting the right nutrients and water intake that I need to feel good and workout feeling good. I started tracking my water intake every day and lightly meal prepping. I also started looking at labels (these are important). Ever since just changing my nutrition I have felt so much better emotionally, mentally, and physically. I have felt so much better in my workouts overall and overall better in my life. I am so thankful for this program; it has helped me in my normal life and athletic career."
