You’re tired of not feeling like yourself -
and not having answers for why.
“I’ve spent months trying different things, and I still don’t feel better.”
"There’s so much conflicting advice about food — I don’t know what to eat anymore."
“On paper everything apparently looks fine… but I don’t feel fine.”
“I can’t tell what’s helping — if anything! — anymore.”
“I’ve done hours of research but still can’t seem to make sense of my own body."
“I just want someone to tell me what’s actually going on and what to do.”
This is where many people get stuck.
Or worse… start to wonder if this is just what life is going to feel like from now on.

Andrea Dennis, NTP, FBCS
I also know it’s hard to picture actually feeling better when this has been just the way it is for so long.
But feeling better is closer than you think.
So…
You wake up with steady energy, not dragging yourself out of bed or relying on caffeine just to get (or keep) going.
You know what to eat without second-guessing it… and your body actually responds in a way that feels good.
Your digestion feels calm and predictable - not something you have to constantly think about or manage.
Your mind feels clearer. You can focus, follow through, and trust your thoughts again.
You stop overanalyzing every symptom… because they’re no longer running the show.
You feel more like yourself, not just on a “good day,” but consistently.
You have the energy to get through your day and still have something left for actually LIVING life.
You feel more comfortable in your body, not because you “patched it up,” but because you gave it what it needed to do what it’s meant to do.
And maybe most importantly… you understand your body now.
You know how to support it, respond to it, and take care of it without starting over every time something shifts.
No chasing perfection. Not even close.
Just consistent changes - for your body - over time that lead to real, sustainable healing progress. Oh, and you don’t have to figure it out on your own this time, either.
Introducing the
Midlife Restoration Method
In-depth, whole-body assessment
Personalized
plan
Ongoing support and refinement
1. Discover
We begin by looking at your body as a whole through the Foundations of Health.
This includes a deep dive into your symptoms, health history, lifestyle, and functional lab work, so we’re not relying on guesswork or surface-level assumptions. Instead of looking at things in isolation, we look at how everything is connected, allowing us to identify patterns and uncover what your body is actually asking for. This is where things finally start to make sense… and where we establish a clear, personalized direction forward.
2. Restore
From there, you’ll receive highly personalized plan including nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations designed specifically for your body. We focus on rebuilding your foundations, including how you’re fueling your body, how well you’re digesting and absorbing nutrients, how your blood sugar is functioning, and how your stress and sleep are affecting your health, and more. Because we’re working from your data and patterns, your plan is focused and intentional, not overwhelming. You’re not changing everything at once… you’re focusing on what will actually make the biggest impact.
3. Refine
As your body begins to respond, we continue to adjust and build on what’s working. Because your body isn’t static… your plan shouldn’t be either. Some changes will start to feel natural and automatic… others may need a deeper layer of support. This phase allows us to fine-tune your plan based on real feedback from your body so you continue making progress without spinning your wheels or starting over.
4. Sustain
With consistency and support, your body begins to function the way it’s meant to. Your symptoms no longer dominate your day. You feel more stable. And the habits you’ve built feel natural and sustainable. At this stage, you feel confident maintaining your health on your own… and if something shifts, you know how to respond - without going back to square one.
Most of my clients come in feeling like they’ve already tried everything and
gotten themselves as far as they can on their own.
This isn’t about chasing symptoms or guessing what’s wrong. We look at your body as a whole — through your symptoms, patterns, and Foundations of Health - so we can understand what your body is actually asking for… and address it at the root.
Instead of overhauling your entire diet and lifestyle, I recommend often small-but-mighty changes based specifically on your body's needs. This means your plan feels doable, sustainable… and actually fits your life.
Most people are trying to do too much at once and without knowing what's actually going to move the needle. And it’s exhausting. Here, you’ll know exactly what to focus on, why, and when. Without changing everything at once, we make shifts incrementally and adjust along the way as your body changes.
This isn’t about quick fixes or temporary improvements. Every step is designed to support your body in a way that leads to real, sustainable progress.
You’re not left trying to figure this out on your own anymore. With ongoing check-ins, you’ll have guidance, adjustments, and support along the way - so you can stay consistent, see the progress you’ve been hoping for, and move forward with confidence.
Most of my clients don’t come in at their worst.
They come in feeling “off”… tired of trying things that aren’t working and wondering what they’re missing.
“There will never be enough thank yous for what you did for me. I truly never thought I would be able to manage my chronic pain and not have to take pain meds nightly. Also, the benefits of getting my minerals adjusted not only to finally sleep well but to actually drink normal amounts of water daily has been amazing. Not many people take their passion and find a way to use it, let alone help (educate people like me who thought they had a grip on their foods and health.)”
Before I started Nutritional Therapy I was struggling with gut issues, anxiety, and tiredness. Never did I think at 21 years of age I would be struggling with all these issues and being in the constant thought of "Will I ever get better"? Since starting Nutritional Therapy, I have worked so hard on getting the right nutrients and water intake that I need to feel good and workout feeling good. Ever since just changing my nutrition I have felt so much better emotionally, mentally, and physically. I have felt so much better in my workouts overall and overall better in my life. I am so thankful for this program; it has helped me in my normal life and athletic career.
Over the last couple years, I’ve been in and out of doctors and specialists. My primary doctor would tell me this level is a bit high, so I want to send you here. I never really received an explanation as to why. I’ll ask why this level is high, what can I do?, etc. The answer is usually, well that’s why I want to send you to a specialist. This process has been rough for me. Something had to give, and I wanted something to make sense. What is changing in my body? Is it something I’m doing? Am I sick? After a good conversation with Andrea, I decided to give her program through her Craving a Change practice a try.
I will share how much of an impact this has had on me physically, mentally, and the lab numbers in question with my doctor. I was able to bring multiple levels into acceptable ranges in just 6 weeks. My energy level had gone up and I felt better overall. My primary care physician asked, “what are you doing differently?” I said, I’m working with a Nutritional Therapist. His response, "keep it up."
These are the kinds of shift we’re working toward. I starts by understanding the Foundational things your body actually needs.
You’ve done the research, made changes… but still don’t feel how you want to.
You’re not looking for more information on top of an already overwhelmed brain. You’re looking for a clear path forward.
You’re ready for a different approach.
You don’t need another overhaul. You don’t need MORE on your plate. (Well… figuratively. Because we might actually need you to eat more.) You do need the right focus — a personalized, foundational approach that helps your body actually respond.
You understand this will take some effort... and an open mind.
Doing things differently, yes. Challenging some of the norms you’ve heard time and again (and that may have helped land you here), yes. Perfection? Not a chance. Extremes? Definitely not. Because you need something you can actually follow through on, consistently and over time, to create real, sustainable progress.
You’re dealing with symptoms that don’t fully make sense.
Low energy, digestion issues, brain fog, chronic pain… or just not feeling like yourself, even when you’re trying to take care of your health. On paper, they don’t seem connected, but your gut tells you they might be.
You’ve been carrying a lot.
Years of stress, responsibilities, and LIFE… career, family, loss, constant demands. It’s added up, and your body is different now. You’re ready to support it differently going forward.
You want support… not another solo experiment.
You’ve may have figured out a lot on your own, but you’re frankly just tired of the guessing… and the second-guessing. This isn’t your area of expertise, after all. You want to just trust the process with someone whose area of expertise it IS in your corner, helping you understand what’s going on and guiding you step-by-step.
That’s a very real, and fair, question.
Most of my clients come in feeling the same way after trying different diets, supplements, eliminations, and doing a lot of their own research… and still not feeling better. At a certain point, it’s not about doing more, more, more. It’s about doing what your body actually needs.
This isn’t another generic plan or list of things to try. Everything is approached through a foundational, whole-body lens. Through the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire, your symptoms do the talking so we can start to see patterns and understand what may be driving how you feel. From there, we look at your health history in-depth to understand how your body got to this point. Then we layer in functional lab work to further dial in what your symptoms are pointing to, giving us a clearer, more complete picture of what’s going on. And when/if needed, we can go even deeper using additional testing.
This way, we’re looking at your body collectively - not just chasing symptoms, but addressing what’s underneath them. And just as importantly… You’re not left trying to figure this out on your own. There’s structure, guidance, and ongoing support, so you’re not stuck guessing what to do next or second-guessing every decision.

Not at all. In fact, most people come in already trying to do too much, which isn’t sustainable. We focus on what will make the biggest impact first, based on your body. That often means simplifying. Then from there, we build gradually in a way that feels realistic and doable for the long-term.
This is not a quick fix - and it’s not meant to be.
I work in 3-month increments, with regular check-ins built in to assess progress and guide next steps based on how your body responds. Most clients notice encouraging shifts within a couple of weeks, with more meaningful progress building in the months ahead.
Healing isn’t usually linear, but we track progress and adjust along the way. This process takes time for a reason. It’s not about patching the holes just to stay afloat. It’s about building progress that actually lasts.
Yes, blood labs are an important part of the process. I utilize functional blood chemistry and, when appropriate, additional testing (like gut test or Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) to better understand what’s happening beneath the surface. This helps us move beyond guesswork and make more targeted, personalized decisions.
Maybe. If you have recent lab work, we can review it and determine what’s useful. If anything is missing or outdated, we can decide what, if anything, needs to be updated.
No, I don’t bill insurance. Nutritional Therapy is a personalized, root-cause approach that falls outside of the traditional insurance model. That said, payment plans are available to help make this process more accessible.
In addition, many clients are able to use HSA or FSA funds for this work and/or labs (which are MUCH more affordable outside of insurance). In most cases, additional documentation, such as a Letter of Medical Necessity from your physician, is required, and approval ultimately depends on whether your individual insurance plan covers nutrition services/education.
All sessions are held virtually, either via Google Meet or by phone, whichever you prefer.
We’ll meet at varying intervals depending on where you are in the process. In the beginning, sessions are typically a bit closer together so we can build momentum and get your foundation in place. From there, we space things out as your body starts to respond and you feel more confident in your plan.
That’s a fair question. But honestly, no one can promise outcomes because your body, your history, and your consistency all play a role.
What I can say is: You won’t be guessing anymore.
You’ll have a structured, personalized approach based on your body and ongoing guidance to adjust as we go. This isn’t about doing everything perfectly… it’s about working with your body consistently over time.
By the end of our time working together we will have:
Connected the dots across your symptoms so you finally understand what your body has been trying to tell you… instead of feeling like it’s failing or working against you.
Identified where your body needs support at the foundational level and created a clear, personalized plan based on your patterns, not more generic advice.
Implemented realistic, targeted changes that actually move the needle so you can feel better - and actually keep feeling that way.
Given you the clarity and confidence to keep moving forward so you always know how to support yourself in nourishing ways… and where to turn if your body shifts again.
You’re don’t have to figure your health out
on your own anymore.
The first step is to complete the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire.
Take your time. Save your progress and come back to it if you need to. And be honest about your symptoms, even the ones you’ve had for years and just learned to live with. Those often hold the most important clues. And the more accurate your responses, the more meaningful your results will be.
Once complete, I’ll create your personalized Wellness Snapshot so you can start to see how your symptoms connect and where your body may need support. From there, we can talk through next steps if it feels like the right fit.
